On the one hand, the ENGINEERING area focuses on providing solutions and improvements to all those services that industrial facilities and their processes require in order to optimize their operations.

The added value that EMATEC provides in front of an engineering to use is the technological base on which its solutions are based through the use of augmented reality.

This differential factor allows to visualize the models / solutions in advance, as well as to interact and place them in the production process, in order to maximize the success of the project.

Ematec Engineering 4.0 not only analyzes and designs / visualizes a solution, but, through our multiple trusted partners, we carry out the execution of the turnkey project.

Ematec Ingeniería provides, apart from ad-hoc solutions, the most typical engineering services such as the preparation of technical specifications, legalization of facilities, preparation of CE markings and other technical documentation related to this business area.

Similarly, in the line of energy efficiency, Ematec Ingeniería has more than 10 years of experience in this field through lighting and audits of production processes.

On the other hand, the PLASTIC INSTALLATIONS area focuses on the study, design and execution of anticorrosive installations. For this, it has personnel with 25 years of experience in the world of anticorrosive installations.

This area manufactures and executes anticorrosive installations with its own design or under plan:

• Tanks, storage of chemical products according to APQ 006 in PE, PP, PVC, GRP and PVDF
• Rectangular storage tanks for electroplating, pickling, etc.
• Aspiration and gas treatment
• Odor treatment.
• Low and medium pressure centrifugal fans.
• Turnkey installations
• We manufacture, supply and assemble aeration collectors and grills and all types of installations in PVC, PP, PE, PVDF and pull mainly for Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), Potable (ETAP) and Industrial, as well as for the Industry in general.

• Antacid coatings

• Installations of GRP structures

Likewise, other services related to the activity are carried out, such as:

• Pre OCA for the review of chemical storage facilities according to APQ 006 annually or every 5 years.
• Review and preventive corrective maintenance of gas and odor suction and treatment facilities.
