Digital Scanning is a form of reverse engineering that allows us to collect field data in an agile and precise way. Whatever the surface or installations executed, we can obtain a point cloud that allows us to model reality in 3D.

 

The digitization of the facilities is one of the pending tasks of the industry that, mostly, due to production requirements and needs, has been growing in a random and staggered way without registering the modifications carried out until reaching the current state. The digital scan allows to make a point and follow in the reality of the facilities offering a common and updated repository from which to know and identify the existing reality.

 

Point cloud scanning allows browsing in a virtualized environment through the digitized images as if we were present at the installation in order to view their status in situ.
